Shipping Policy :

• In stock products typically ship same day, delivery time is about 2-4 business days in US. Transit times may vary, depending on your ship to City and State.
• International Shipments have a handling time of 1-2 days depending on the customs or country's requirements. Transit times may vary depending on carrier and country of destination.
• Non stock products, have a handling time of 3-10 days. Please confirm with us before your purchase for an accurate ETA time.

• Lost or damaged items in the shipping process, Uink does not take any responsibility to exchange or refund such. To cover these accidental situations, we offer shipping insurance at checkout. This service will cover theft, loss, and damage during the shipping process from the moment the order is shipped and delivered to you. We highly recommend adding this, especially for items like printheads, printers, and other high-value items.

What items are returnable?

• All items can be returned within 30 days with the exception of printheads which is 15 days of receipt of your shipment in the original condition.
